for me no. its simply because you are arguing the other person wants his point taken and vice versa. i think the best way to settle with a decision or whatever it may be is to "UNDERSTAND" . UNDERSTAND first to be UNDERSTOOD, understand the person you are arguing and then later on im sure he ill understand you. always think "win win" meaning think of a decision that well benefit both sides. your side and the other person side. when you are thinking this way everybody will consider all the possible solution. or should i say "win win" or no deal. every one wants his decision to be followed its like compromising , you will agrre ti a decision that is good for both side. i hope this will help you.
