Just A Mom

That is brilliant kat , I have to put retired lol . I look after a disabled son and my hubby who has heart problems , I also look after my 2 parents who have Alzheimer's . I often have My grandchildren stay , but I am retired and do nothing lol , If we were paid an hourly rate the state couldn't afford us pal xx

I absolutely love this! I am a stay at home mom and just last week one of my friends called me around 10pm after the kids were gone to bed. I had a pretty frustrating day with the kids and was really irritable. I told her I was tired and she replied why are you so tired you stay home and don't do anything all day!(she doesnt have kids nor is she ever around that many kids for any period of time) It took the last of my energy to not unleash my fury on her for that comment instead I calmly explained my last 24hrs. I'm not sure if she will ever have kids now lol. I think stay at home moms deserve more recognition for what we do. thank-you for posting this.
