Do you Use Google Adsense? How Much Money do you Earn?

Do you use Adsense on your Website? I am interested to know how much money people are earning from Google Adsense. I have recently set up a Website www.shophodgepodge.webeden.co.uk and have added Google Adsense to try and generate some extra income. Its started well, Ive reached $5 in the 1st Week but I am not sure if this is just because the websites new so its getting visits for that reason, most of my vists are coming from my Ebay Listings at the moment as I am not appearing on searches yet. Can I expect to keep this up or will my earnings increase or decrease over time. Does anyone have any tips to generate extra money from Adsense? I have had a look at the possibility of using a Traffic exchange service but im a little wary about using this method. Has anyone tried it?
