Larry Birkhead has been found to be the baby's father. Personally I think this is the best outcome for that poor child. He has claimed paternity of this little girl long before her mother passed away, and she was on her way of being an heiress. Hopefully now that poor little girl has a chance of a decent, loving life.

I just saw some pictures at yahoo about this and I dont really know anything about the whole story. I wasnt sure if he was a jerk that just wanted the publicity or not. But you make it sound like he would be good for the little baby, so I'm happy.

He has been claiming paternity since the little girl has been born, not sure how much beforehand.
I'll give Howard Stern credit for this though, he has said he won't fight for custody even though he loves Dannilynn. Who knows maybe this little girl will end up with 2 men that honestly just want the best for her. Here's hoping.
