I have just been reading the news about an exclusive school that discovered a student selling drugs in the school yard. This student was expelled and two others suspended. For some reason the school declined to call the police but chose to deal with the incident in house. Do you aggree with the schools line of dealing with this or not?

The reputation of the school is at stake so I suppose they decided to deal with it on their own. But I think it is a more responsible thing to turn him in rather than just expelling the kid. The punishment does not compensate the damage done.

I would think they should have called the police and have the school checked out. I sure hope that the school knows what they are doing. To me it's going to be a big mess there if they don't do something about it.(just my opinion)Have a great day.

Yes I aggree, the school should have called the police, and it does make you wonder what the school is doing. How would you deal with the child if they were yours?

That's an abomination, any way you slice it. I don't know what's happening to this world that we live in. When I hear about such things, I want to hide my face and cry the day away. When will it begin to get better?

I can understand your dismay in this matter, but I don't think crying the day away would help. Neither does hiding, if this was your child what would your opinion and course of action be.
