Adobo is the best Filipino dishes

I love pork adobo, chicken and of course adobong kangkong!!! yum yum yum,,,hehehe

adobo the all time favorite with plain white rice or great also with garlic rice then we have the papaya pickles with carrots and amplaya or the commonly called " atsara ". i love also longganisa, tocino, tapa with rice, egg and atsara for great breakfast. other filipino favorites are sinigang , kare-kare , ginataan , spicy seafoods , grilled and barbeque seafoods and pork or chicken! pride of cebu's LECHON with mang tomas salsa and spicy native sukang puti!with the famous "hanging rice" natives called it -puso'- burp! with can of soda..

i used to like adobo a lot. but i learned to hate it when my yaya started preparing it three times a week. imagine having to eat adobo MWF? i even refrained from buying soy sauce from the grocery so she can't cook adobo. but she is unstoppable! she made utang from the sari-sari store. i don't think she loves eating adobo, it's just that adobo is the easiest food to prepare. i hate adobo!

yeah i love adobo so much and its the best even when it is cook differently in every province of the Philippines, i love it!!! but if am going to eat it everyday..thats a big no no no because it might come to a point that i dont like to eat adobo anymore hahahhaa. takecare

ADOBO indeed one of the best filipino dish, also great with fried potato wedges mixed with it, but i like the fried version of pok adobo much better and lesser sauce! yummy!

You should also try pork sinigang, beef kare-kare, kaldereta, sampayne, and pinakbit. So many Filipino dishes that are superb in taste. Almost every province has their own special dished to be proud off. Filipinos are just creative people who love to make the best taste from ordinary ingredients. I think adobe become so popular because of its simplicity in preparation and cooking.

well yes i do agree with you this is one of my favorite dish.. you can cook it with pork or chicken, but sometimes i cooked both mixed..

I LOVE ADOBO!that's my specialty!i love it specially if it taste hot and sweet..i love the sauce(sarsa)..ilove chicken adobo that pork..

In my opinion, Adobo is my favorite Filipino dish too but it depends on how it is prepared. Adobo is somewhat close to the Filipino taste because of its combination of salty yet sweet taste.

I also love adobo it's one of my favorite dish. But what I dig most is pork adobo than chicken adobo.
