Why not print on demand? Lulu.com lets you publish and sell print on demand books. I have not published with them myself, but I know a lot of writers who have.

I have not spent even a single cent in publishing these. There are no set up fees. Authors are not even required to buy even a single copy of their books. Why don't you self-publish ethansmommy. It takes some work on your part but you can cut out the middle man. Of course you have to also market the book but to publish it and get it out there to sell is simple and inexpensive. I can help you if you want to think about self-publishing, and I don't mean putting it on line. All you have to do is have a computer and a printer. Do it yourself and save a lot of money.
