Do you like to praise others with all your heart?

Yes I always try to encourage the people by few words of praise by heart. Our praise words give courage to our friends resulting in success. What we give to others, we will receive the same from others, most of time. So give encouragement, get encouragement. This makes any difficult task very easy. We can perform any work within stipulated time and with success. Every success people have many good friends and supportive family background which has helped a lot to achieve the set target within time with 100% accuracy. It is the praise words of our near and dear which make our task easy and simple and we get successed.

Yes I do praise people with all my heart if I find they deserve it. Many people try to be diplomatic just by giving a dishonest coment. It is better not to coment rather than passing something like that. As you said everyone needs encouragement, if you like being praised obviously everyone likes it. Just be honest that is all. Giving a dishonest praise doesnt help at all.
