I was bombarded with unwanted no reply emails daily leaving me no option but to delete it. Is there any way of stopping this over our emails?

they have given you almost all means to stop your inbox from receiving unwanted e-mails. in my case, hotmail accounts tell us that after 5 days, all e-mails from your junk mail folder will be automatically deleted. i think the same thing goes with aol. but if you really want not to receive unwanted e-mails, create another e-mail account solely for personal use, or another account for business purposes. in fact i have at least 6 e-mail accounts from several e-mail services.

junk mail - stop the junk
most email inboxes have an options place where you can direct the unwanted mail to your junk mail or just mark it as spam and it will be deleted and won't be allowed back into you inbox, you have to go into your preferences of your email provider and set it up if it is not already an options and no I dont think we will ever get rid of junk mail .just as we do in are real snail mail we get junk the same goes with web mail. sorry I think we all hate it just one of those things we have to adjust and deal with..but check your preferences may be something in there to help set it and slow them down some.

It depends which emails are you using some has where you can block them, mark as spam or just deleted them. I always just deleted them and block them too.

Most probably, you (knowingly or unknowingly) subscribed to any marketing company. Have you ever downloaded any free stuff (music, software)? If so, chances are these kind souls who eagerly gave you freebies, also asked for you email address, which they might have sold it to merchants for email marketing. Try check the email. There is a chance, albeit slim that there is a "unsubscribe" list where you can opt out from this marketing list. In the future, if you do download free stuff from the internet and they ask for your email address, do not give your real email add. Create a free web mail and use that instead.

It depends on what email you are using. Some of them you can just mark as spam and they'll go straight to your spam folder. With most emails (i know you can with gmail and hotmail) you can also put a filter on some emails so that they go straight into the deleted folder. I think you have options like automatically filtering emails from a certain person or emails with a certain words on them. Hope I've helped.
