friend bcci is the richest board in the international scenario. lot's of money r coming but if we talk about importance to domestic cricket & money spent on the infrastructure development of indian cricket is far lacking it's goal. even pakistan has two umpire's in the international panel of umpires but india couldn't uplift a single umpire to that stature? it is a matter of shame.after venkat raghvan there has been a drought of umpires.
