Start a regular exercise program and stick with it. Sneak in extra exercise. Eat low-fat, high-fiber foods such as salads and vegetables pastas. Choose foods that you like. Learn more to prepare healthful, low-calorie foods that taste good by checking healthy cook books for new recipes. Eat smaller, more frequent meals. This way, your body starts to increase its metabolism so that calories are burned faster. Plan ahead, Keep the fridge stocked with healthful food you'll be less likely to run out for high-calorie, high-fat junk food. Keep a food diary. Once you discover your favorite snack time, be sure to have plenty of healthful optionsavailable.

i wish,but you know, it needs time.so i seldom make it.whatever,i will continue because losing weight is very popular among girls,no matter what your weigh is.

I personally had tried, I did not manage to loose much weight, but at least it helps me to maintain a constant weight for the past 3 years.
I used a pedometer to keep track of the number of steps that I made in a day. The target was 10,000 per days but on an average I made only about 7000 steps, I will walk around the house till I made the 10,000 steps before going for my shower, then to bed. This method has help me to have a constant weight for past 3 years

After Winter,i found that i have got fatter,so I want to lose my weight very much.But unfortunately,I can't stick to lose it.Everyday,I have to eat icecream,which prevents me losing weight,but I could't refuse it.it's so tastey.But,from now on,I will do more exercises,do more sports.I shall spend 30 minutes walking everyday.
