I hate my boss!

How do you feel about your boss? Mine, needs to be on medication - and isn't. He's a nice guy deep down, but his ego and macho bull crap get in the way. He constantly yells -- barks first then asks questions (which he doesn't listen to the answer to) and then yells even more. When can I retire? How do deal with your problem boss? do you have any sugestions?

I worked for a man like that and usually it is the insecurities of not being able to do the job themselves and needing to take it out on everybody else. I have since left that job and have a great bosswho is very understanding and caring. You need to figure out if this is where u want to be and go from there. You need to happy but if you can work through it then do. Maybe try to connect with him on some level so he sees you as a friend instead of an employee. It might make everything better.

We're better at being friends than working partners. But unfortunately I have to pay the bill right now. So far I've made about 50 cents on mylot, when do you think I can quit my day job?

LOL...50 cents if you had no bills maybe in about 10 years...It is hard being in that situation. I have been there and don't envy you.

My boss is more like a friend than an actual boss, which is precisely how I like it. For instance, we went to see Grindhouse last Friday, during work hours.
