how many hours sleep do u need everyday??

how many hours should u sleep to be normal????

I recently saw a study online that said most people need at least 8 hours but there are some, usually elderly that only need 7 hours. Teens go through a period where they seem to need more sleep and some sleep up to 12 hours. There are so many changes taking place in a teens body that is affects their sleep. Basically, get at least 8 hours per day :P

Ideally: 12 hours of undisturbed sleep Reality: at least 6-8 hours... usually I will automatically wake up around 9-ish - 1 hour later than the actual time I need to wake up to go to work.

A normal nights rest should consist of getting at least six to eight hours of sleep nightly. But I am lucky if I get even close to six hours of sleep a night. Too much going on inside my head, and no matter how much I try to empty it and relax, it becomes busy again rather quickly.

Humm... I don't think I sleep enough. I don't have time for sleeping at all and sometimes I get really tired. The average is about 6 hours a day that I sleep... sometimes less and sometimes more.

i think i need 8-10 hours optimally. i rarely get less than that amount because my classes start late and on weekends i can sleep as much as i want so i can always get 8-10 hours of sleep.
