When you get into an arguement with someone, wether they be your boy/girlfriend, husband/wife, friend/family, what do you do?
With friends and family I've yelled, but wind up staying calm and try to be as understanding as I can, but I used to be BAD about fighting with my husband when we were first married!
I'd scream and yell, sometimes throw things, then leave for a few hours, then come back and hold a grudge for days....(ahh, to be a newlywed....)
I admit, those first 2 years for my husband were horrible! He was great though and really is the reason we're still married because he was so calm!
Now, 4 years later, I just leave the room so I can calm down and then come back and keep it civilized.
Once in a while I'll throw a tantrum, but I'm alot quicker to "get logical" and stop being a little brat than I used to be ;)
I'm curious about what other people do....
Do you leave for a while to calm down?
Stay calm and try to be logical with them?
Do you yell and scream?
Start plotting your revenge?
Throw things?
Punch things?
Cry?
Maybe even laugh??
Silent treatment?
Tell me what you do :)
