Is anyone here a Cha cha guide?

I signed up as a guide, but I've been really slow at going with this. I haven't completed all the training etc. I think I'm a bit confused about how everything works. Can you tell me more about how it works, and what sort of money you can make. Also what tips do you have if any? Thanks
