I have a killer headache! What do you recommend!?!?!?!?!

My head is throbbing. I've taken Tylenol what do you guys take or do please post.

I always use a product called BC Powder, it is aspirin in powder form and it is very strong. You take this and the head ache goes away very quickly. It doesn't taste good, but it works!I guess it depends on what kind of head ache you have. Is it sinus or allergy related? or is it just a regular headache, for sinuses, I take tylenol extreme sinus for congestion and for allergies I take a BC Powder and an Allavert. So, I hope I covered all of my bases. Try the BC Powder. it is the best I have tried so far. Unless your allergic to aspirin, then please don't try that at all, I would suggest Excedrin Migraine, that is very strong and I don't think it contains aspirin.

take a disprin with warm water and take rest for 10 minutes .
you will get uop with a fresh head.
then enjoy life to the fullest.

The only thing I can recommend is take some advil, and relax. Lay down or sit down and watch tv, but don't be up and about. It should be better in a little while.
