Real Estate in the Phils is now booming. From low cost to high-end projects.....the prices of Real Estate Properties increases every 3 months. Especially in South Luzon like Cavite, Laguna and some parts of Metromanila. Investors are investing as much as they can .....there is no bounce back in real estate..so why not invest now?
