hi! welcome to mylot. :)
during the last update i was at 359 posts and i earned $15.21 for the posts alone. i don't post often but 15 posts will earn me about $1. my highest earnings for 1 day is $2.44 for 50 posts.
please note that one-liner posts may not earn you anything. so you must keep it at 3 lines or longer to earn from it.
you also don't earn from starting discussions without reply. i would advise you to do quality posts as mylot pays based on quality. responses should be relevant and useful to the discussion.
don't forget to add tags, it helps mylot organize the discussion. also, another thing which is important is to rate accordingly (+-!) the discussions you respond to as well as responses you receive in your discussions. it will be most appreciated.

what i can tell you is at first, you may only get 1-2 cents per post. but the more you increase your participation in mylot, your earnings per post will increase too.
don't lose heart. enjoy mylot first. think about earnings later... it will follow. goodluck! :)

Hi mylesnarvaez, thank you for your helpful information that help me to increase my earnings. I think last few days i've post a lot message in short ,maybe 1 sentence 1 line only, that's why the earning was so little. Now i know that the quality of posting is more important, thank you man. My another question is, can we earn through the posting to the discussion that we have started ourself? or we must post to the discussion that started by others?

yes, of course we earn from starting our own discussions, but only if there is at least 1 reply. the better the quality of the discussion, the higher the earnings in that post.
you don't earn from adding comments in your own discussion but it helps encourage responses from other mylot users and in turn may give you positive ratings for your discussion.
don't start a discussion that could be answered by a simple yes or no. or those questions that is asking about age, bithdays, real names etc. or those questions that solicit one liner response. they don't earn you anything or if they do, it's just very little. :)

Well I think if you would stick to some quality posting you will easily get more than $1-$1.5 for 30 posts.Though initially I also used to get much less for my responses but then I read many discussions for increasing the payout rate.You should try to post responses for the topics you really like.The length of the response should be more and not just 2-3 sentences.Do not reply to discussions which give you referral links as they might be deleted as giving referrral links in discussions is against the myLot guidelines.Try to rate the responses and the discussions.Donot copy the topics or discussion which are already there as then you may get -ve rating by other members or may be reported for abuse.

You said can easily get more than $1 for 30 posts?? Is that true? Why until yesterday, I've post about 40+ posts,but only got $0.38 in my account when i opne myLOT today. :-( im a little it of sad, but i will put more effort to post Quality post. I think that's the reason why i've got so little.

From my experience,if you post good discussion and give good reply,you can earn a minimum of 10 dollars per month or even more.My total earning is nearly 44 dollars.I cannot spend more than two hours on mylot because of job load.By comparing to any chatting site mylot is very interesting.Here we can share our ideas and we can earn a little amount.

I think every one roughly earns 1 dollar for 25 to 35 points in the braces(rating).
The earning is strictly an output of your quality writing and nothing else.
Nothing hard and fast rule but on an avarage this formula works.
The earning algorithum being complex in nature and is kept an all time secret one can not express anything about earnings in mylot that precisly. Morepover user feel akward to open up their earnings card to any one I think.

I've been here for about a month & a half now (i started here after March's payout so what i earned in March was carried over to April's payout), as you can see i have made iver 500 posts now, i have started a handful of discussions & posted a few photos - in total i have made $15.40 & since there's still time before May 15th i should be able to hit $20 i think :)
The largest amount i have made in a day is a little over $2 but i couldn't tell you how many posts it took. I usually leave myLot running & signed in but i only post replies when i have time, since i have a 10 month old daughter to take care of.
