my lot has the right to run its company as it sees fit. It is there company. I don't think that was a good choice of words, though it may be frustrating for you, if you don't post you don't get paid. If I don't post I don't get paid, that is the only fair way. Decrease earnings? I do not know what you mean by that.

mylot is the soul head of this forum, he has the right to make out what payment one should receive and what one should not. mylot management had made many discussions delelted yesterday in which i posted around 60 respones. so mylot ca do what he wants.

dont feel depressed.. things will turn out fine.. what we see as out earnings are our expected earnings and the real earnings are calculated and shown on the date of payments which are generally between 10-15 of a month.. and when they will evaluate your work they sure will pay you for it.. so just dont worry and be happy and keep on posting :)

Mylot does indeed have the right to decrease our earnings. The system set up here on Mylot is like a 'checks and balance'. In other words, if you create discussions that are poor quality, if you create discussions that are in violation to any of the guidelines here, then you will find that your earnings and ratings will reflect that and or your account will be closed. In the same sense, if you choose to respond to discussions you know are against the guidelines at mylot (frivolous questions, polls and surveys, jokes, etc), you will again find that your earnings will reflect a decrease as well as your star ranking and your posting number. You just have to watch your conduct here, and refrain from encouraging those other members that violate the rules, by responding to their discussions. Here are the guidelines you should be aware of: http://www.mylot.com/w/discussions/457762.aspx and http://www.mylot.com/o/guidelines.aspx Also, the reason why your earnings may not have increased though your posts did was maybe because mylot didn't get around to updating that.

Yes dear Mylot has all the rights. We are the people who have no idea about what is going to happen next. I think mylot should be more clear about what we are earning for and what not. It's hard to judge whether we will be paid for responding or not. I have been responding to a user called sanya and now as her some posts and disscussions are deleted in surplus even my earnings will also decrease. Earnings on mylot are not great. Mylot is a good site to enjoy to be true.

I have read about three or four grievances like yours. In my case I have not experienced it yet. One day is my longest time to be away from mylot. Speaking of rights, it depends on the condition that mylot laid before we joined this site. Though I have not thoroughly read everything n the agreement maybe in my own opinion, decreasing the points is totally unfair. It should remain as it were when you last visited the mylot, no matter how long the lapse of time the points should not be decreased.
