I prefer to eat with my hands.I have been grown and brought up in a family which was economically a bit back and in our custom and religion, people dont eat any spoon or forks to eat anything. So I have never been trained to do it.And I think its not the the time now to go and learn about it...Here in my college 95% eats with hands. So no "complex" problem also...

Well I prefer eating with my hands when I am home but when out side with spoon or fork which ever is available,I can go with anyone of them.
But I love ating out with hands real taste comes via hands thats what I think so!!
Its so homely and comfortable.
But when it comes to some manners I prefer spoon/fork.
But in my society (in India) I mostly find people eating wiht hands so its not a big deal out here to eat using your hands!!

Eating with bare hands is a common practice in some of the rural areas of my country. I once use my hands while eating and I was having difficulty with it. I normally use chopstick only. Spoon and fork if I'm out in the restaurant. Everyone have their own way of eating habit. :)

I definitely prefer eating with some utensils. Be it fork or knife, spoon or chopsticks, I just prefer to keep my hands clean. Then again, this is part of the culture.. some cultures eat with bare hands.

it depends upon the occasion, the place and the food you will eat..if i go on a party, of course i need to use spoon and fork, but if i'm in our house, i love to eat using my hands, specially when the viand is adobo, i love to eat it using my hands, but if the food has soup, i need to use spoon coz how can i get the soup when i'm using my hand..lol

Depends on what I'm eating and depends on the occasions. When I'm eating on barbecue party, I tend to use my hands since it is alot easier to hold a piece of yummy barbecued chicken and bite a chunk out of them. Of course I always wash my hand before and after I eat.

I eat with a spoon and a fork if im in a public restaurant and where foods dont require me to eat with my hand. I eat with a spoon when our viand has water on it, but when i eat fish or some foods that require me to eat with my hand, then i eat with my hand.

Usually I use a spoon or fork for eating. It depends on the meal. And here in the Philippines it is common too to eat with your hands. And a very delicious way to eat fish, I must admit. I don't know which way I prefer the most. I think it depends on situations and people you are with. (^^,)

My culture eats with hands most especially when at home. There is even a restuarant here in my country wherin you will eat using hands. Using our hands is like a symbol that we are comfortable and we are eating our food with people who are family to us. If we are not eating with our hands we use spoon and fork at home.
But definitely I/we use spoon and fork when eating out even if it is a family outing.

I was brought up to eat with a knife and fork. Its not polite to eat with your hands. Its okay if its something like hamburger and french fries thats okay to eat with your hands.

I am not trained to eat with my hands except for finger-licking food, where I will pick the food using my fingers :P
Rather than get my hands oily and dirty, I prefer to eat wtih a fork and spoon. I find it more hygenic and I can give the excuse not to wash my hands before food. lol.
