Should a mother stay at home and not work?

I ask this becuase there is a lot of debate out there with kids who are causing trouble in schools. Do you think this is directly related to both parents working outside the home? So many of our kids are in daycares and being raised by strangers. Wouldnt it just be better if all moms stayed at home if they had hte financial means to do so? Do you think it would help our kids for the future?
