I watched last night and I was unimpressed, for the very first time with Melinda and LaKesha. They did not perform as well as they had in the past. Phil was just going through the motions last night, while it appeared that Chris was overly nervous, especially at the beginning of this performance. Jordin was not as good as the judges had said, but I think they are extremely biased any way. Blake was actually among the best for the men, while Haley among the worst for the women. Sanjaya was being Sanjaya...not a great singer, but not too terrible last night. He sure does know how to turn on the charm though. So who will go tonight? My guess is that the bottom three will be Chris, Haley and Phil with Haley being the next to go.

I agree on the bottom 3. I only hope that Hailey finally will go! I thought that Melinda wasn't great. I did like Lakesha and loved Jordin and Blake. Chris was off at the beginning, but got it together by the end. Phill wasn't good. Hailey was horrible and looked horrible in that outfit. Sanjaya looked good, but I couldn't hear what he was singing~ we all know he'll stay anyways.

Yes, Sanjaya is safe every week no matter what. I'm beginning to think that if he just came out and smiled at the camera for two minutes, he would still be okay. Hated Haley's hot pants and I think she just wears them because she knows she just not that good.

I hardly watched last night. This show just isn't the same anymore, and this season isn't that great! Especially when the bad singers are still in, and so many good, deserving singers (like Gina) have had to go home.
I agree with your bottom three though. Let's just wait and see what happens..!

I don't know if there will be a next season... Part of me says no, it's only going downhill from here. But the other part of me says that I love this show. And if it didn't continue, the people who had talent and were waiting to audition might be really disappointed.

I hope Chris isn't in the bottom 3-- I think he had a good fan base- He is my favorite followed by Blake!
I think bottom 3 are Sanjaya, Haley and Lakesha-- I wasn't impressed with Lakesha or Melinda-- then again I usually am not- Phil wasn't good either and he has been bottom 3 alot- so I guess he probably will end up there again. I'm doubting that Hayley will go home- I bet enough men voted for her to stay! Like SImon says wear as little clothing each week- cuz your singing won't win for you.

I can't guess who the bottom three will be, but I hope Haley is the next to go (sorry Haley!). She may have the 'look' but she doesn't have the voice to still be on American Idol. Just my honest opinion.

Where I live we are quite a bit behind, so it is really interesting to see what you discuss on mylot each week about American Idol. I see that Sanjaya is still there, so nothing new there. I think I would be disappointed to see Malinda or Lakesha go as this year I don't think the singing is as good as past years.

I thought that Melinda, Phil, and Jordin did well. But for some reason I've never really liked LaKesha. Yeah Sanjaya of course will stay because of his weird charm. I've never liked him but he is entertaining to watch. I do agree that he did better today. Haley does seem like the one who will go, I really think she should have gone last week, but then I really like Gina.

I agree with most of what you said. I do hope that Hailey is the next to go, but I think that maybe I would rather see Phil go instead. I don't know if I can handle one more boring lifeless performance.

American Idol: I am not fully updated to this show, but well, I am very much thankful to this. Here in the Philippines we had our recently concluded Philippine Idol, and I liked the finalists very mush! Most especially the grand winner (but sad to say I can't remember his/her name). Un lang! I am looking forward to next events...
