Tondo is a place where you can find different people selling
different merchandise even in roads... a place where lower class of people considered the streets a home for them....

Perhaps, yes. Tondo is a historical place and I think its enormous size as a town can offer a lot of tings for tourism. The bad thing though is that Tondo has been greatly associated with the gangsta culture which badly tints the image of the place..
It's just good to note that this gangsta culture is now apparently on its lowering stage because of the 'new battle mode' of the street guys - rapping. This was shown on Rated K, the show hosted by Korina Sanchez just this Sunday...
If the bad image of Tondo is removed then its potential mark as a tourist spot may just be very possible.
