To lose weight, you have to consistently eat less and exercise more. Drinking a lot of water to help your body process the food and get rid of waste also helps. Eating less may also mean eating less unhealthy foods and more of the right ones, such as lean proteins, "good" fats, and high fiber carbohydrates. It helps to prepare meals (or at least plan them) in advance, so it's not so tempting to just grab junk food when you're hungry. Also, never skip meals. Doing so slows the metabolism. Eating good food is like putting fuel in your tank, to both give you energy and to keep your metabolism at a more even rate.

The best way to lose weight is to reduced the amount of what you eat and stick to it. Example, if you are eating two cups of rice per meal reduce it to one. Eat slowly so won't be tempted to get another serving. Stick to this and you will be ok.

Hi mistyblue22, firstly, you are my friend, I just approved you yesterday! Well about your question,losing weight must be natural, dont take any pills, dont go for any operation, just do exercises, go to gymn, jog around you will see the weight go steadily!

I lose weight when I was still working. I think stress can lose lots of your weight but it's not good in our health. Exercise and dieting would help unless you have a control in yourself.

The best way of course is to exercise even that's not my way to lose weight. If you lost weight by doing exercise, you can maintain. But heard that you will gain double up if you stop doing exercise. Not sure how true is that. My way of losing weight is to skip meals but that's not my advice to you as it is real bad for health.

I eat grape nut the cereal and they had a challenge IF you replae the cereal with two meals a day you lose 10 pounds. IT REALLY WORKS!!!! I have lost 17lbs and I have not even exercised. TRY IT
