have you had a fight with a friend over money?

I have had one or two fights over money but they have all been resolved. Money is not something that should come between freinds and I don't think it is something that ever would come between friends permanently, a lot depends on trust.

Yes.Not once...Many times.Yesterday too I had a fight.Usually it will be me who have to give the money and involve in the fight.But this time it was me who gave that friend of mine some money.He was not giving it for long time and was quiet lots of money.I had to give money to three of my friends yesterday and this friend of mine has agreed to give it yesterday evening but has not given me by yeaterday naight.He bought a DVD player day before which costs more than 800 Rs.Then why cant he give me back my money so that I can give it back to those whom Im supposed to pay back...

In fact a friend do not intentionally fight with other friends with money. Due to circumstances it happened. Who are greedy for money only make friendship for money. However, I had fight with friends for money as I lend her huge amount say US$600 later she do not refund and want to start debugging and debate even much caos. Then I set other friends to settle up it thus with the intervention of other friends I got money gradually and after clearing my money that friends felt apology to me as she understood that I lend her at her distress situation but she did not refund it on time even after some late so it is a matter of anger for me. Now we are again best friends and do not remeber our fight of past just we are normal and happy to each other. In my experience fight or caos cannot solve the problem rather it increase problem. So just apply trick and engage third persons for solving this.

not a fight really, but yes a similar kind of case happened. i never say no to anyone, and so people make use of it. a friend of mine had borrowed some money in time of her need. days passed, amount was big ,i thought she'll return it herself and when i needed the money back, finances were not going well, she said; why are you lying, you always have extra money. i did not like that, and asked her for it after long, she returned it but that also in away as if she was favouring me.

Sort of, I lent someone a laptop once, and then they said I didn't lend it, I gave it, and they weren't going to give it back! I was so upset. I kept calling and trying to get it, and eventually I gave up. I don't hate the person, but find that so rude. Not really friends with her anymore, but I heard her say the other day it was broken and couldn't connect to the internet, so secretly I was pretty happy about this, since I felt she stole it.
