There's something about herbal pads that I really enjoyed... its the cooling effect. And it helps to ease my menstrual cramps during period. Plus, it had this herbal smell which actually helps to reduce the odour that we usually have during period. Its also good for those who have heavy white discharge. Well, with all this that I can't get from the normal off the shelve sanitary pads, I am definitely satisfied. Before this, I had a hard time finding the pad that best suit me. Its either too rough on the surface or the layers are too thick. All this can contribute to rashes and minor skin abrasion.
