Companion planting

I read all sorts of different companion planting ideas but I was wondering if anyone out there has tried it? I would REALLY like to hear what has and has not worked first hand. I will be growing a very large variety of vegetables so please...any info would be great! We always seem to battle the spotted cucumber beetle, aphids, earwigs, slugs, grasshoppers, crickets, cutworms, and grubs. Thank you!

Companion planting does work. Not only is there companion planting to deter pests, you can companion plant for growth as well. There is lots of information out there. Just do a search.
