what do you think about the Corruption in Immigiration department of Pakistan

In Pakistan most of the governments or semi government departments are being covered by the corrupt peoples. Some corrupt elements are so terrible that they would do any thing to get a mere financial benefit. One of my friend has share this story with me that when he was coming to study abroad the immigration department in Lahore Airport has stolen 100$ from his purse by using tricks of counting the show money. And this is one story but who knows every day who many innocent are been deprived of money with such kind of acts. He told me that Immigration department officers would behave with you that you are not able to be called as humans. If you are traveling first time you would be the hot Cake for these dirty vultures. who want to snatch every thing from your body. This is very sad part of a Muslim dominated country called Islamic REPUBLIC OF PAKISTAN. So what would you think about this situation.?????????????
