WHat would i do to make my tummy look nice?

looking at ur own reflection.... - seeing urself on the mirror...

well, i have a good shape with my ups and hips...but my damn tummy looks fat... i've been doing sit ups but it doesn't work...what would i do???

Sit ups only make the underling muscles stronger and so gives your tummy a firmer base. The only way to get rid of any fat, regardless of where you find it, is to eat less calories than you burn. The less fat you have the harder that is and tummy fat is almost always the last to go. Now that doesn't mean eat less. If you have a good figure you are doing good there. What it means is aerobic exercise and patience. Back in my early 40's I had put on some weigh over the winter working an inside desk job. In the spring I begin to jog/run over the noon hour for about 20 min. However in addition to that I had joined a men’s soccer team. That meant practice twice a week and the game on the week end. Well I have never ever lost weight so fast. In two weeks I had most of it gone including my stomach which is always last to go on me. Now that is the extreme but it is what you must do. Aerobic exercise 20 min for at least 3 days a week will do the job as long as you don't increase what you eat. Good luck with your workout.

well thanks for that advice...now i know what to do with my flabby tummy... (LOL) i really have to decrease my waist line for some important reasons... I'm very conscious with my body...And having flabs stress me a lot!I lose my confidence because of these... it's hard for me to buy pants! (LOL) Lots of thanks!

accept what you have got, if you realise you should be happy with what you have got you will fell a lot better, use what you have got, there may be many people who would settle for what you have.
