how do you reward yourself after a job well done?

do you get that feeling that sometimes you deserve a reward (like a trip to the spa or getting your favorite calorie-packed drink) for a job that you really worked hard for?
well, here's mine.
right after summer starts, i reward myself with a foot and hand spa for doing my best and not getting a failing mark during the previous year.it's actually the time that i give to myself that i consider a reward because my schedule gets really hectic when i have classes that i can't do stuff for myself anymore. ^_^
what's yours?

i have to say that i really do not go out of my way to reward myself. i used to get reward enough from the look of happiness on their faces. now i am sick with cancer, and i feel quite useless.
