How much time do you spend interacting directly with your children?

I was wondering how much time other parents spend playing with or interacting directly with your kids? I find a lot of my day is spent doing laundry, cooking, cleaning, on the computer, working in the garden, etc. Yes I do let the kids help with most of these things at times but often my kids just play together. Sometimes I wonder if I am not dedicating enough time playing with them? How about you?
