How to deal with people always LATE?

i really hate if someone was late in our meeting place.. if they are late for about 15 minutes, ill just leave to the place and just tell him "your late"... i dont like people who likes to be treated like they are so important!

i don't know what to comment, but don't get mad at me, coz i'm one of those people who's always late.. haha i'm sorry but i always wake up late, and i'm a slowpoke...

Yes I would tell them. But do it in a polite, freindly, non-threatening manner, be mature about it, not accusingly either.

Its easy to deal with such people if they are working under you. Just let them know the appointment an hour or half an hour earlier so that you don't have to wait for them. I hate to wait people and i never let people wait for me, so i can say whatever i want to when some people are late.

Well I guess if they're your business clients and you need their business that bad, you might just have to take it sitting down. But if it becomes a habitual thing, I think you should take a stand and confront the client. After all, he is not the only customer available and he could potentially cost you former customers due to the fact the since he is late, he ruins your entire schedule for the day. But if he has a good enough reason, i guess you should just let it go, he might've been having a bad day. Maybe, you should cut him some slack.

Be punctual.thats the first step.If they know we r punctual,they will also try 2 arive at right ime

yes,me too.so I will come in there late,Then everybody are late. So if only one has a bad habit,he will affect other.We should him that he is wrong.
