What's one benefit/perk you wish your company had?

I work in a pretty great company right now. We have dental and health care, can reimburse some medicines/optical/dental work that's not covered by our health plan, we can also reimburse vacations/clothing/self-improvement classes. We have access to a gym, can work flextime in the office or at home, and we have a car courier service to drive us home personally if needed. And that's just the tip of the iceberg... All this though vanishes when I look at Forbes' list of great places to work. Topping the list is Google, and they've got massage chairs, daycare service, free gourmet meals on campus, and they can bring their pets to work too. It makes me feel a little insignificant (not that I'm majorly complaining.) Most of us are content with our jobs right now, but what's that one perk or benefit you wish your company had? If you don't work yet, what's one benefit you wish your dream company would have. Happy myLotting people! =)
