When my husband's alarm went off this morning instead of hearing music we listened to a list of cancelled schools!!
What in the world is going on? I want to take my kids outside to play in the sun ... not go sledding! I would love to pack up all of the winter coats, mittens, hats and boots!
Anyone else get snow dumped on them? Who's ready for 80 degree weather?

LOL! I think that I am ready for the warm weather, but if we were to get snow...I wouldn't mind that either.
I don't think that we got enough snow this winter, so I would not mind more! LOL :)
However, we have been having some of the same problems here in Oklahoma.
In the beginning of Spring, the weather was nice, and this last week, Monday was very HOT...then Tuesday through today, it has been really cold.
We had to turn on the heaters, light many fires, and we also had hot chocolate.
It was just like being in winter all over again.
Some of the days last week we did get some snow flurries, but none of it ever suck and as soon as it touched you or the ground it melted.
So, I would have to say now that I am ready for the warm weather and SUMMER!! :)

Yes, I'm in the Mid-West and one of the things that we always say, especially around this time of the year is that if you don't like the weather today, just wait for tomorrow.
The good thing is that it shouldn't stay around long. Next week we should have temps in the mid-60's! Woo-hoo!

I feel your pain. I sent my kids to school in shorts a couple of weeks ago because it was 80 degrees and they came home early today because of a snowstorm. It is enough to make you crazy. I even have flowers popping up here and there in my yard, only to be covered by snow now! Last week I put all the snow pants, boots, gloves, etc in a plastic tub in the attic because I was sure we were done with them. I guess the joke is on me.

We also had some little buds coming up and were growing strong and fast before it started to get cold. I am worried that they will die because of the change in weather, from hot to cold, and colder.
Oh, and we did start to have greener grass before it got cold, but now it it all brownish and yellowish with a tint of green! :)
I am sure that it will start to warm up later in the month.

We have been having snow, wind and cold for the last 2 or 3 weeks. I hate it. I want to feel those 80 degree temperatures. I am sick of the cold and snow and wind. I just want to go outside in the sun and get warm.

We are the total opposite here in Ireland. We are having great weather for this time of year. Normally it would be cold but over the last week, we have had weather up to 20 degrees celcius which in ireland is good.

Would you believe that we got a hail storm today that dumped so much, that when you looked all around, it looked like it snowed!!!!
My poor son had to ride his bike and I had to jump in the car to go get him!
The hail balls were like paint balls! LOL He JUMPED off his bike and ran into the car! ha ha ha We just had to sit there and wait for it to pass enough to get his bike in the car.
But the weather has been crazy here too!
Last week in the beginning, we had the AC on. By Friday, we had the heater and snow flurries. And then today, hail storm followed by a thunder storm. Freaky!
