PROCASTINATION :to what extend it affects ure life n people around you?

hmm i do have this habit of procrastination but not too in the face and it hasn`t effected me much but ya it has effected.. and about u if u say its nt effected u it mst have jst tat the effects might have been insignificant to remember i guess.. and i think coz of it u mst always be stressin out urself more than wat u usually do....

Yes it is also affecting my studies and work badly. I am trying to improve. Internet and desktop pc is also a reason behind it. I am like addicted to it :(
