Marillion is a fantastic 80' band... they played new progressive rock, something like Pink Floyd and Genesis... I like this band very much, but i followed them until the singer was Fish. I think he had a wonderful voice and a very strong character!Do you know this band?

I am very familiar with Marillion. I had a friend in high school who was a huge fan. Funnily enough our daughter is named Kayleigh and I didn't realize that was one of their songs until after she was born.

I love Marillion and I loved when Fish was the singer. But I really love the group now that Steve H is the singer. Their music is so satisfying to me. It is always like an adventure to listen to any of their piece. I saw them in concert 4 times so far and I can't wait to see them again. Unfortunately, their current tour is not bringing them over to Canada.

I'm not into the progressive current but I'd like to listen to that music a lot. I really don't know them, except for some Pink Floyd songs.

I got into Marillion thanks to an ex-girlfriend in 1989. Again their earlier stuff is much better than their most recent stuff. Fish was a great vocalist but Steve Hogarth can hold his own. Brave and Misplaced Childhood are classics in my opinion.

Yes I know them very well. I saw the 3 or 4 times when they were touring in the US (Afraid of sunlight tour and their marbles tour last summer). I like their earlier stuff with Hogarth, and ofcourse Fish too. Their latest stuff has not been as consistently good as their stuff in the past has been , but I still like them.
