Pay Pal Balance

i do not keep any money in my paypal account.it is because i am from non-us country.if you are from non-us country you cannnot add fund from your local banks into your paypal account.you cannot withdraw your fund to local banks either.so when i receive payment from mylot i am just gonna use it to buy things in ebay.at least you do get something than watching your money is stuck in there.i added debit card to my paypal and it is verified.so when i buy things over the internet and uses paypal to pay they just deduct from my debit card balance eventhough there is S0.00 in my paypal account.that is a lot better.just add your debit card if you do not have credit card in order to get verified.just apply one from your local banks.then enter 3 digit number at the back of the card.you must enroll for expanded use program.it will remove the limit of sending USD100.they will deduct USD1.95 from your debit card balance.but once you pay for the things you buy using paypal they will credit back USD1.95 back to your paypal account

I transfer my money out of there into my bank account every other month. That way there is a good amount in there to transfer and it is no longer just sitting in my paypal account. It has worked just fine for the past year of me doing it that way

I never keep more than $ (dollar) 2 in my paypal account .. and in case the amount reached $ (dollar) 60 or $ (dollar) 117 -- or something then I will take my money through xoom as because -- I can't take transfer it to my bank account -- as I am in India.

I think I will spend the money online well before I manage to get a 'large' amount in Paypal. I know I can transfer the money to my bank without a fee once it has hit $100, so that is another option. Sadly, I am quite a distance from worrying about that!
