Fairytaleptr - anyone else having problems?

So ive been a member of fairytale ptr for a while now, received two payments within 24 hours and it was easy to reach minimum payout. So I was happy and thought, yeah, a good reliable ptr site not so . . . I requested payout on 26 Feb, didn't receive it. Again on 26 March, havent received it. I've contacted them twice and had no reply. So, is anyone else having any problems like this or is just me? Also, do you know of any reliable sites that you have been paid from (sorry, I don't want to know about great sites you haven't been paid from yet) - im already a member of gainpay/gainmail, petmails/paidyousure and a few others.
