I have read something about this new religion. I say new because it is newer that most of the other religions that have been around for thousands of years. What is this religion all about and how does it work. How did it begin. I find the concept of religion a problematic one. Perhaps because I have had exposure to many religions and understand that they say the same things and I can tweak the words and bring about a whole lot of differences and geta radically different message. Someone please help me aboput the Bahai Religion

As was already said. The Baha'i Faith was founded by Baha'u'llah. He taught that all the world religions come from the same God and exist because although truth never changes our ability to understand truth does so at different times different messangers were able to reveal truth in increasingly complex ways as humanity evolves. Just as a five-year old child cannot understand calculus, humanity thousands of years ago could not understand world unity. Baha'u'llah taught that other religions are not wrong, different people even today need different religions because they understand things differently. However, many of the teachings of the past prophets have been corrupted by clergy. Therefore, Baha'u'llah calls for the abolishment of clergy. Hope this helps! For more info see www.bahai.us

Here is another article to consider:
http://www-personal.umich.edu/~jrcole/bahai/1999/jssr/bhjssr.htm
It is a rather scholarly article and in order to grasp it, right from the start even I had to look up one word in the dictionary: "Panopticon" -- as in Jeremy Bentham and his Utopian model for a prison! Speaking of which, if you would prefer lighter reading and a very pretty photo, try this one instead:
