How soon before you know you're pregnant?

How soon are you able to tell and what are some of the signs that you might be?

I was about 3 weeks pregnant and my boobs we so sore you couldn't even touch them. It hurt to put them in a bra. I kinda knew then. I took a preg test and it was positive.
Usually morning sickness is the first sign. It doesn't have to be in the morning though, it could be all day.

Before I missed my period, I knew I was pregnant. I just knew it. Although, I didnt wanted to admitted at first that I was pregnant so I bought like over 5 pregnancy tests to make sure.

Puking is a good sign lol... but most of the time most people go by their missed period. Just to let you know my mom actually had her period while she was pregnant. Just wait, that is the best advice.
