if u were an employer under what circumstances would you fire an employee.

Deliberate attemps to be a bad employee - not doing work, gooofing off, coming in late, leving early, distracting other employees, etc.
If a person is working hard and doing their best, I would try to help them so that they can be a productive employee.
Of course if I had a company that was in real trouble and could not do what I would like to, I would get rid of the employee, but I would also try and help the employee find another job or a field that they were more suited to be in.
