How many best responses have you got?

I have two best responses: one in "What internet browser are you using? Is it mozilla firefox or internet explorer?" and one in "How does myLot assess questions?". I can't give you the links to those discussions, because I can't paste anything.
I don't have a hundred posts yet, but I already have two best responses. Is that good?
How about you? How many best responses have you got, in which discussions?
And when you create a discussion, do you choose the best response?
I usually do that, but there are times when all the responses aren't good at all. When this happens, I don't give anyone the best response.
If you don't know how to see your best responses, follow this simple tutorial:
1. Go to the "discussions" tab.
2. Can you see the sidebar on the left? It has something named "discussions".
Click on the penultimate item: "my best responses".
3. There you go!

At the moment I have 50 odd best responses. I am not going to write them all down because that would be a long and boring post and I probably would get a lot of negative ratings for being big headed or something. Im quite proud for having so many mind you. I never thought I would have so many for the first few months I had about 10 then recently they have shot up! It does make me feel amazing inside that people think out of all that replied mine was the best! He he. You hvae done well though to get 2 in your first 100. People didnt seem to give me best response until I got my rating. Then they noticed me. Keep up the good work!

Wow, 50 best responses, that's a lot! And I only have 2 of them... I was feeling proud of myself, but I don't have nothing compared to you!

Yes but you have to remember that I have managed to build myself up a reputation on mylot as I have been here about 5 months and also have nearly 600 posts. You have a long way to go. When you reach 562 posts maybe you will have more than me? It all depends on the person who's discussions you respond to! lol. Like I said keep up the good work and you will get their soon!

hi! yes, having your 2 best responses even if you haven't reached your 100 posts is quite good. that means some mylot users already appreciated your quality responses even if you haven't got your mylot reputation yet (star rating).
my very first BR is very memorable because i received it in a discussion i responded to on my 3rd day in mylot. it was great and really fun. i was surprised too coz i didn't know about BRs at that time. :)
at 370 posts, i received 37 best responses so far. and it feels great. it makes one feel excited to do another post. :) this is a bit many to specifically mention each so we could always check our profile page if we really wanna know which discussions we got the BRs. :)
in discussions i started, i usually gave out the best response too once i've checked the responses for at least 2-3 days, sometimes longer if the responses are many. whoever made the best one, deserves to be the best one.
i think BRs are incentives for giving quality responses, so goodluck to you. enjoy mylot and keep doing quality posts. :)

as of this time, I have 5 best responses. I've been here since February but been active only since March. The first time I got my BR It felt so good that you try more harder to post and respond with quality. I know it's not a lot (5 over 300+ responses) but still having some best responses is quite an achievement for me.
I give out Best Response too, people who responded best deserved it, but I wait for quite sometime before awarding it.

Yeah, you're right. I wrote a response, and the author of the discussion said that he liked it very much, and that it was the best response he had ever seen in that subject. But still, I didn't get any best response.
