I'm 26 years old; weighs: more or less 90 lbs.
All my life I'm really dying on gaining weight. My family really have a small built. And there was really a time in my life when I was so choosy with food, especially during those times when I had a gastritis.. sigh...
But during late college days, I almost do all the possible ways to gain weight, ate a lot and went to gym for months, I did gain weight for about 10 lbs. But after a year I lose weight again...
Now, I'm trying to gain weight again, i even tried to enroll in gym (weight gain) for a month but nothing happens
Sigh anyone here can relate with my situation?
Any suggestions on how to gain weight in a natural and healthy ways please?

Hello genuine_jnet. I also have the same problems as you. Im also 26 years old but I weigh 90 lbs. Ive always dreamed to gain weight because all my life I was born thin. During my late college days, I started to gain weight. I gained 105 lbs. I was so happy for the results because that was my first time that I gained that weight. After, I had graduated, I worked as a secretary. I was so bz and stressful that my weight dropped to 94 lbs. I look and felt sick. I started to bring my weight back again. I ate a lot and try to avoid stressing when eating, thats what I usually do thats why I dont gain weight. Right now, I gain at 99 lbs.Hopefully, I would reach my ideal weight. You too can gain weight. Eat lots of carbohydrates. I know you do it.:)

Hmmm... try eating lots and lots of rice, then combine working out in the gym, u should focus on foods that contains carbs and fats.. i believe that would be a great help for you, and try taking some food supplements, it will be a great thing to boost up ur body... nothing is impossible my friend.

Well you should really try and stick to a routine when it comes to eating. Like eating those three a day meals and maybe try weight gain products from the chemist. Some people if all there family are small just can't put on weight as it doesn't run it the family genes 'you can't fatten a thorough bred!!' or so they say! Plenty of carbohydrates to!
