Unagi - Do you have it? You'll be surprised...

Have you guys ever seen the episode where Ross talks about Unagi to Rachel and Phoebe? Since the day I saw it, I used to wonder if Unagi was a real word or if it was just some word invented by the writers. Today, finally, I "googled" it. Turns out Unagi is a food. Yep. According to Wikipedia, there's unagi pie, and unagi can be served as part of unadon. There's more: unagi is high in protein, vitamin A, calcium, cholesterol and saturated fat.
Ross said that Unagi is not something you have, it's something you are. Are you unagi?

I don't recall that episode, but I could help you out with Unagi. It's one of my favorite types of sushi ingredients. Simply put, unagi is eel. It's so good, especially when they BBQ it and put it in sushi rolls.
Although I don't know if I'm unagi... lol

Oh yeah.... i remember that episode very well... i enjoyed it sooo much. I dont think im unagi. Anyway, when ross was all up and about, using the unagi, i found it more funny than scary
