can you tell me how to control over your depression? every people on this planet is somehow related to this word. Is it not? but then also we are pulling through . From this depression anger takes birth,jelousy starts to rise within our mind. We can understand that we are not correct but we cant help it.we get angry within ourselves and try to reach out for some supernatural power's , from there start religion. so can anyone tell me how we can over come this avoidable conditions
