I usually catch a cold maybe once a year.I have not been sick enough to go to the doctors office in about 4 years although i still go for my yearly check-ups.I dont do anything special just live my life.I guess i have a good immunity system.

I used to get bronchitis 2 or 3 times a year, and then a couple of years ago a coworker told me she had been taking Cod liver since she was a kid and never got sick. When she told me, I had a cough that would not go away, so I tried it, and in less than a week my cough went away. I was really amazed and after that I didn't seem to get sick for a long time. I know it sounds wierd, but it worked. I take Cod liver oil capsules daily now.

Being sick really does suck! The last time I got sick was almost two years ago - I caught a mild cold and had a cough for a few days and I hated it. To keep from getting sick, I usually try to get enough rest, drink lots of water, and try to eat healthy. My boyfriend gets sick a lot. The last time he got sick, he had a high fever and a bad headache that came out of nowhere and scared the heck out of me. It went away after some medicine and a good night's sleep, though. I find it weird how some people get sick so easily and how others are completely immune.

I usually only become ill maybe 2-4 times every couple of years, but I was sck six times last year! I chalk that up to a ****load f stress and general lack of sleep.
