If you can die tomorrow, why not today?

One of my friends asked this question during an interview with the applicants in our organization and we were all a little bit confused with it at first. We really do not know how long we should live. I think this question asks us what things give us the desire to live. If you know that you will die within 24 hours, what would you do with your time?

maybe for the first 12 hours i would try and go to the people i love spend an hour or two with them, since they're on different parts of the world, and i would not tell them that i'd be leaving for good the next day. just hang out as usual and have a little fun. take a lot pictures. then, the last 12 hours i would spend in a place where noone knows me. or i would lock myself up in a hotel and wait there till the time is up. and yes, for 12 hours.

oh, and i would be asked that question. i would say, first of all, i think i can die today too! and why not today, because there are still things left or meant for me to do today. btw, i really laughed out loud when i read the title of the discussion! cool!
