Whose attitudes and behaviors are you referring to? I've learned that personally my negative attitudes and behaviors can be far more detrimental to my success than all my positives are to achieving success. No one notices the good things you do, but lose your cool once, and it's all over!

hi sbeauty!
For the time being I am reffering to our own attitudes and behaviours. Because different people have different frame of mind and mental track so they feel differently. Here we can get an idea what people think through consensus. Yea I agree no one notices whenn we do good. But they notice a negative behaviour before they notice nose on our face.

I've reached the conclusion that the behaviors of others affect our success more than our own. I've had numerous bosses who notice the big talkers and the women in short, tight skirts far more than the hard workers. They don't seem to realize that if you have time to talk and flirt, you aren't working.
