What should I do...my brother is doing drugs!?

My 20 year old brother is living with me while my hubby is overseas. I enjoy the company and he helps pay the bills. However, he has started smoking pot and I heard from my other brother that he's also doing X. He knows this isn't allowed in my house, but this doesn't stop him from doing it outside of my house. I'm afraid that he's throwing his life away...I know he's somewhat depressed and confused in life, but I've told him this isn't the answer. I will continue praying for him, but I just wish there was something I could do or say to help him out. Our mom struggles with many addictions and we've seen her throw her life away...I'm afraid that he's taking the same path. What would you do in my situation?
