I'm a big veggie fan. But i start with the hate list first. I hate the most, onions. I mean those big bombay onions. They make my head spin whenever i bits and pieces of them in my dish. Then, there's chinese okra, for some reason, i don't like the texture.
For the favourites, hmm, whatever outside the hate list should be in the favourite list. Tops are tomatoes, turnips, brinjals, water spinach and pak choy.

i agree ampalaya or what they call in english bitter plum is yes bitter, but you can cook it in a way that can elliminate (a little) the bittery taste. and okra is really disgusting ( but i still eat it though its really disgusting lol). one more disgusting veggie that i think only in the philippines has it, is saluyot its like okra too, that i dont eat that, never tried it yet.

Green vegetables are the ones I like best. Horseraddish/malunggay, cabbage, pechay, leaves of hot peppers, ampalaya/bitter gourd leaves and edible ferns to name some.

I usually eat any vegetables and most of them I love especially if they are freshly harvested where you can still taste its difference than the one already in the market for a day or two. Every taste preference is an acquired taste, so preference for vegetables (and i include fruits) could be acquired likewise. This is one of the reason the vegetarian movement is going strong. its time to go back to what is right, our human body is designed to consumed vegetables and fruits not meat products.

I am not a real big veggie fan.I guess my favorite would be tomatoes, yes i know they can be cosidered a fruit, but i use them more as a veggie.I also like carrots, cabbage, onions, peppers, potaoes, and lettuce...My least favorite veggies are all the rest.I dont like squash or broccoli at all.I can eat a few others if the are mixed in with sups and stews though.

I can't think of a vegetable that I won't eat. I eat some vegetables only made in certain ways though. I would have to say that my all time favorite vegetable though would have to be brussel sprouts. Then I would have to say that broccoli comes in at a close second.

I've always liked vegetables but I've found many more that I like since I began to experiment with gardening. My favorite is probably asparagus, which I recently found takes more time and effort to grow than other vegetables, but I'm going to get some started. I do NOT each turnips or beets, so they tie for my least favorite.
